Looking and feeling cool, literally and metaphorically. It's probably everyone's goal in the summer. I've gravitated towards Essie's "Limo-Scene" for NOTD! It's their sheer nail polish, but with about three+ coats can look pretty opaque. I've applied just 3 coats and it is almost opaque but that slight sheerness comes through, making the nails look really fresh, clean, cool, sophisticated, and very feminine.
